湖北交投物流集团有限公司（以下简称“交投物流”） 成立于2011年，注册资本5亿元，总资产41.59亿元，净资产9.04亿元。由湖北省交通投资集团有限公司全额投资，并报湖北省人民政府国有资产监督委员会批准设立的，具有独立法人资格的现代物流企业。交投物流总部设置5个职能部门，2个专设机构和3个事业部，下属5个全资子公司，现有员工800余人。
Hubei Provincial Communications Investment Logistics Group Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Logistics Group") was founded in 2011, with the registered capital of 500 million yuan, total assets of 4.159 billion yuan, net assets of 904 million yuan. The Logistics Group is a modern logistic company wholly owned subsidiary of Hubei Provincial Communications Investment Group Co.,Ltd, established after the approval of The state-owned assets Supervision and administration commission of Hubei Provincial people's government with independent legal person qualification. The Group has set up perfect purchase and supply chain integration management mode, and further expand to the upstream and downstream and depth of logistics supply chain, with the centralized purchase and supply of engineering materials as the core business. The Group will choose major cities in Hubei Province to build logistics parks, set up the trunk-line logistics network and explore solutions for the construction, operation and management of logistics network in Hubei Province within logistics service areas along expressways, so that to create the “ground network” covering all the logistics nodes in Hubei Province.
